Ponyloaf is currently ideating with the goal of recording new songs for an EP real ease.

yeah having realised that we are literally sopping with creative juices the now foursome of ponyloaf has decided that we need to record new songs based on the ideas we've been playing with in the practice room. This time around though, we are recording drums and taking a more live approach rather than programming so much stuff. we will even play synths through nasty guitar amps. the idea being to take influence from our live show rather than the inside of our imaginations exclusively. this will take months, but should result in around 5 tracks for a happy little EP that can be added to the collected works of ponyloaf. When/if released this may also include noakseys video clip.

yes you see, we somehow (no idea how) made a new friend recently that wants to make a video clip for us! how about that? ponyloaf with its very own animated mini feature for late night television! So Noaksey (as he is now called) (we like to give everyone involved with ponyloaf a tradesmans abbreviation) is in the progress of putting something together for a new song we're putting down. His work is paris hilton HOT so im thinking it will be quite the thing to beholden.

We have a show coming up at Rics on Sept 2 with a band called Tycho Brahe. Called what you say? More info is over here. I sincerely hope they are the goth band that i have been looking for my whole life. Human league was actually quite a dark band when you think about it.
